Shipping is within 5 Business days after receipt of cleared funds with the US Post - First Class. Canada: It might take up to 2 weeks or even more for the item to arrive. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There is a delivery confirmation # with all mailing, except outside the U.S. a Proof of mailing can be purchased for $4.00 US per package. Refunds and Returns: We refund 100% of the cost of the poster once the poster is returned to us in as good a condition and tube as was sent. The refund will be made within 5 business days after receipt of said poster/s...via PayPal. If you DO NOT receive the item bought within a reasonable time frame (2 weeks at most) PLEASE, email right away, so that we can initiate a trace. If the time of a 'Non Receipt of merchandise' email.. is more than 1 month (4weeks) then we have the right to refuse refunds. You may request a refund within 1 week after receipt of poster/s.
